New
to Art Melt this year is a special panel entitled, "State of the Arts”.
The panel is free to the public and will explore the artistic cultural climate
in the state; factors that contribute to the successfulness of the artistic
community and what improvements can be made; development and growth of a young
artistic community; financial incentives from the state; How best can a
unrepresented artist portray themselves and their work in order to become a unique
and successful/prolific person in the artistic community.
