The Blue Ribbon Commission on Transit is seeking input from Forum 35 regarding the future of Baton Rouge's public transporation infrastructure. The Commission has created a survey to assit them in determining the desire and willingness of the community to pursue enhancements to our current public transportation infrastructure.

Forum 35 has long been a proponent of examining the capability and potential of Baton Rouge's public transit system and we welcome the work of the Commission. A better Baton Rouge offers access to reasonable and reliable transit options for all of its citizens. Bonus points that an improved public transit system will reduce traffic congestion for everyone.

To get an overview of the initial research of the Blue Ribbon Commission on Transit, please take the time to view this slideshow. The slideshow is a rough cut, but contains relevant measurements.
